Congratulations to the Ware Varsity Baseball team in their Western Mass Class D championship over Pioneer Valley! Ware was No. 3 and defeated Pioneer Valley No. 1 in a 10-inning thriller on May 30th! Pioneer Valley came into last evening's event at 18-0. Final score was 3-1. Ware hasn't won a Western Mass championship since 2009.... Ware Indians did everything in their power to bring the championship trophy back to Ware!

Both Ware (17-4) and Pioneer Valley (18-1) are sure to receive favorable seeding in the state tournament as both teams await the upcoming MIAA bracket release.
